What is DTGA ?

Why DTGA?

  • Digital transformation (DX) is a necessity in this digital economy era, where to accelerate the country's economy and company performance is to carry out digital transformation of various economic sectors.

  • The Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for digitalization of various economic sector activities.

  • Digital transformation is a complex initiative in integrating emerging technology with business models to produce the expected value. Thus, realizing the success of digital transformation is a challenge that must be found jointly by practitioners of the world's digital transformation.

  • From various facts, including research from HBR (Harvard Business Review, 2019), that the success of DX is an average of 30% of the USD 1.3 trillion investment at the global level. This means that 70% have failed, not in line with company expectations.

    • In this regard, the establishment of DTGA – DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION GLOBAL ALLIANCE is an organization established to contribute in creating a digital transformation ecosystem in the digital economy era.

  • Conduct research, develop frameworks and strategies for digital transformation initiatives and publish them to the public in various fields including but not limited to the education, health, public and government services, trade, financial services, telecommunications, agriculture sectors.

  • Encouraging the growth of start-up companies in the digital business sector.

  • Build the framework and standards needed to develop the competencies needed for digital transformation.

  • Quality Improvement and Acceleration of Digital Transformation with knowledge sharing, consultative, advisory, and assistance programs for digital transformation processes in Indonesia and other countries.

  • Management of communication, coordination, and information exchange on the development of digital transformation in Indonesia and the World.

  • Implementation of collaboration with penta helix (regulators, academics, business and industry, technology owners, and digital transformation actors) to drive a conducive and high-value digital transformation ecosystem for all stakeholders.

  • Develop cooperation with various international institutions that have good competence and reputation in digital transformation.

  • Development of digital transformation education and certification programs to increase the capacity and capability of the Indonesian digital transformation..
